We are looking for a Data Operations, as our Catalog Data Operation Manager, you will join eBay’s Structured Data organization which aims to create the infrastructure that organizes eBay’s massive amount of data (Big Data).

Within the Structured Data organization, you will join the team that is responsible for improving eBay’s catalog data by operating our massive platforms, research teams and 3rd party companies.

Software Engineer – Backend Java

SQlink is eBay’s trusted outsourcing partner. We are looking for a software engineer who will work within a team as a mid-level developer, technically development applications / components used by internal customers and deployed to offline/site facing production systems.

Three years of industry experience with developing scalable backend systems using compiled languages (like Java, Scala, Kotlin, Go, etc.) Experience with popular
NoSQL DB systems and caches (like Elasticsearch, Redis, Mongo, etc.)
Two years experience in Micro Services and Spring Boo
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Background with teams using agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to understand and provide good feedback on business requirements
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes – Advantage
Experience in Web (React, HTML, Angular, CSS, JavaScript) – Advantage
Experience with Kafka – Advantage
